At Ir Al Sol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear purchase. If you're not, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details below:

Returns Eligibility:

  1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Return Request: To initiate a return, please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom swimwear can only be returned for one-time alterations within 30 days of receipt. It's essential to ensure you provide accurate measurements for custom orders.

  3. Items Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unwashed, unworn, with all tags (including the return tag) attached, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene and Try-On Policy:

  1. Hygiene Liner: Please take care when trying on your swimwear. Bottoms should be tried on over your own underwear, and the hygiene liner must remain intact. Be cautious with makeup and body lotion when trying on. Soiled or altered items cannot be returned.

  2. Removal of Tags: Once the return tag is removed, the item can no longer be returned.

Exchange Policy:

  1. We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order an item in a different size, please place a separate order and return the unwanted item.

Final Sale Items:

  1. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Packaging:

  1. All items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags attached without alteration or signs of use.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the returned product at our facilities. Generally, refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.

  2. Please note that shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

  1. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  1. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please report them within 2 business days of delivery. Contact us via email at [Your Email Address] for assistance.

Hygiene Protector and Original Packaging:

  1. For swimsuits and bikini bottoms, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered or if the item shows signs of wear.

  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and hygiene protectors as originally delivered.

Additional Terms:

  • The product must not be stained, damaged, worn, or subjected to any washing or cleaning process.

  • The product must not be altered or modified in any way.

  • Products purchased in promotions or discounts will not be eligible for exchange.
