Return Policy

At Ir Al Sol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear purchase. If you're not, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details below:

Returns Eligibility:

1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Request: To initiate a return, please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shapes and sizes carefully, and ask us before you order if you are unsure. Custom and made-to-order pieces are covered by the adjustment policy below rather than by the refund process above.

3. Items Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unwashed, unworn, with all tags (including the return tag) attached, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene and Try-On Policy:

1. Hygiene Liner: Please take care when trying on your swimwear. Bottoms should be tried on over your own underwear, and the hygiene liner must remain intact. Be cautious with makeup and body lotion when trying on. Soiled or altered items cannot be returned.

2. Removal of Tags: Once the return tag is removed, the item can no longer be returned.

Custom and made-to-order pieces: we adjust, and where we cannot, we refund.

Your suit is cut for the shapes and sizes you chose. If it does not fit, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a prepaid label. We cover the shipping both ways.

Before we send the label we will ask for a photograph of the suit on you, so we can see what needs changing.

Where the suit can be altered, we alter it and send it back to you at no charge. One free adjustment per order.

Where it cannot be altered, because a suit that is too small cannot have fabric added, we refund you in full and keep the suit.

The hygiene liner must be intact and the suit unworn beyond trying on.

Exchange Policy:

1. We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order an item in a different size, please place a separate order and return the unwanted item. (Custom pieces are covered by the adjustment policy above.)

Final Sale Items:

1. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Packaging:

1. All items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags attached without alteration or signs of use.

Refunds:

1. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the returned product at our facilities. Generally, refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.

2. Standard shipping is free on every order, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

Return Shipping:

1. For ready-to-wear returns, customers cover the cost of return shipping. For custom and made-to-order pieces we send a prepaid label and cover the shipping both ways, as described above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

1. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please report them within 2 business days of delivery. Contact us via email at info@iralsol.com for assistance.

Hygiene Protector and Original Packaging:

1. For swimsuits and bikini bottoms, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered or if the item shows signs of wear.

2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and hygiene protectors as originally delivered.

Additional Terms:

• The product must not be stained, damaged, worn, or subjected to any washing or cleaning process.

• The product must not be altered or modified in any way.

• Products purchased in promotions or discounts will not be eligible for exchange.
