Q: What is the turnaround time for custom swimwear?

  • A: Custom swimsuits typically ship within 2-4 weeks. Our artisanal process ensures that every detail meets your expectations, resulting in a swimsuit that's not only unique but built to last.

Q: How long does it take to receive ready-to-wear swimwear?

  • A: Ready-to-wear swimwear has a delivery time of 4-9 business days. These items are readily available and will reach you faster.

Q: When are orders processed and shipped?

  • A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Q:Do you offer international shipping?

  • A: Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Q: Is there a shipping fee for orders?

  • A: No, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. This ensures that you receive your swimwear without any additional shipping charges.

Q: How can I track my order?

  • A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

Q: What is your return policy?

  • A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Custom swimwear can only be returned for one-time alterations within 30 days of receipt, provided accurate measurements were provided. Ready-to-wear swimwear can be returned for a full refund or 110% store credit within 30 days of receipt.

Q: Are there any specific return conditions I should be aware of?

  • A: Yes, please make sure that items are in the same condition as when you received them – unwashed, unworn, with all tags (including the return tag) attached, and in their original packaging. Hygiene liners must remain intact.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size?

  • A: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order an item in a different size, please place a separate order and return the unwanted item.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

  • A: Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the returned product at our facilities. Generally, refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.
