1. Ordering Process:

  • Ir Al Sol specializes in handcrafted, custom-made swimwear. When placing an order, you will be required to choose your shapes, your sizes and your fabric.
  • We also offer ready-to-wear swimwear, in the sizes shown on each listing.

2. Pricing:

  • Our swimwear collection features a range of prices, starting from standard off-the-rack suits to premium custom-made options.
  • Prices are displayed in USD, and all transactions will be processed in this currency.

3. Payment:

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods.
  • Your payment information is protected by industry-standard encryption technology.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Ir Al Sol ships within the United States only, and standard shipping is free on every order.
  • Custom-made swimwear may take additional time for production.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We want you to love your swimwear! If you're not satisfied, please review our detailed Return Policy on our website for instructions on returns and exchanges.
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are covered by the adjustment policy in our Return Policy: where a piece can be altered we alter it, and where it cannot we refund you in full.

Made to order

Nothing is cut before you order it. Your suit is made once, to your own shapes and sizes, which takes four to six weeks from the day you place it. (Ready Now pieces are already made and ship straight away.)

Fit guaranteed

Tell us within thirty days and we send you a prepaid label, with the shipping covered in both directions. Every custom order gets one free adjustment. Where a suit cannot be altered, we refund you in full.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum to reach and nothing added at the checkout. If a suit comes back for an adjustment, that shipping is on us too.

30 days to return

Ready Now pieces can be returned within thirty days of delivery, unworn, with the tags and the hygiene liner still intact. Custom pieces are covered by the adjustment policy.
